
Prior to joining the Mount Sinai Health System, Caroline spent six years as a management consultant for Pricewaterhouse Coopers where she advised providers, pharmaceutical and medical device companies on complex business issues. Caroline’s work focused on client regulatory requirements related to Compliance Programs. Her project work spanned business process assessments and improvement recommendations and policy and procedure development and implementation. In addition, she developed and maintained functional and business requirements for system implementation and provided expertise during a large merger and acquisition requiring system integration and migration.
In 2019, Caroline completed her MBA in Strategic Business Management from Hofstra University, and she holds a BS in Business, Hospitality, and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Caroline grew up in the Capital District and is relocating back to the area with her husband, Thomas, and her pup Pedro. Please welcome Caroline to CHC!

In addition to her strategic operations role, Caroline also directed the Materials Management Department at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, with oversight of all operations and staff, personal protective equipment (PPE) and clinical supplies. In the Spring of this year, Caroline served as the Chief Logistics Officer during COVID-19 as part of Mount Sinai Beth Israel’s Emergency Healthcare Incident Command Center. In this role she oversaw surge space planning and PPE and clinical supply procurement and stewardship.

Caroline joined the firm in September 2020 and brings 10 years of diverse healthcare experience. Most recently she served as the Director of Operations at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and prior to this as Assistant Director of Strategic Planning at Mount Sinai Health System in Manhattan. In these roles, Caroline oversaw the strategic planning and implementation for the consolidation and integration of clinical, administrative and support services
