Robert Nemeth, RN BSN LNHA joined CHC in 2019 and is a seasoned healthcare professional with more than three decades of experience as a Registered Nurse, beginning his career in 1995.  Over the years, he has built a deep and comprehensive understanding of long-term care by working in every position within a nursing home — from floor nurse to administrator.

 

His hands-on experience across departments has given him a unique, 360-degree view of operations and resident care, allowing him to bridge gaps between clinical practice and administrative strategy. He became a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to expand his impact and ensure that leadership decisions were always grounded in frontline realities.

Today, Robert specializes in consulting for underperforming or troubled nursing homes, helping facilities navigate regulatory challenges, improve quality of care, and rebuild staff morale. His approach combines operational audits, staff development, and patient-centered care models to drive sustainable improvement.
