Tim Jaques joined Capital Health Consulting in September 2024 as Chief Operating Officer and brings more than 25 years of operations, executive leadership, and healthcare experience to the CHC team.

Prior to joining CHC, Tim spent more than two decades supporting large-scale change in various healthcare organizations including hospital systems, state departments of health, the VA, health insurance organizations, and private medical practices. Tim led a multi-year, enterprise-level innovation program for Lee Health, a $3B, 13,000 employee healthcare system.

Tim’s love of operations comes from nearly three decades of leading complex projects. He is currently the president of IPMA-USA, the USA's national project management association to the International Project Management Association. Tim is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. 

 

Tim has co-authored two books, written several textbook chapters, authored global standards, and speaks internationally. When not working, Tim enjoys making music, seeing live music, reading science fiction, lake swimming, traveling with family and friends, and hiking in the Adirondacks.
